Is there any job training?
SHANS offers you both online and offline options to train you with the own interview materials prepared by our trained HR professionals.
Is there any fee for training?
When will you charge the fee?
Yes. The fee is for your training and 100% job placements in Aviation Industries and Airports in India. But you no need to pay as an advance. You can pay once your job gets confirmed by the HR.
Will I get Offer letter immediately?
Some companies offers you offer letter before joining and few at the time of your training starts or during the training period you may receive the joining order. It varies form one to another.
How long the interview training will be?
There is no such duration for interview training. We initially make you prepared for the interviews with basic tips. Remaining you can study and get prepared by yourself.
Job switching within Airlines / Airports?
After 3 months of your placement you can attend any interview in any airlines or airline service companies if your profile matches their requirements.
How long my company training will be?
It purely depends upon the company. Some company offers you a training of 15 days and few airlines or airline servicing companies trains you for more than two months.
